OneNote: OnePlace to Store & Find Stuff
I have been using Microsoft OneNote more and more lately, gradually reducing my paper notebook to nothing. It really is about convenient capture and search of … well … everything, easily and quickly.
I am a mobile worker and don’t always have my paper notebook with me. However, I do always have my iPhone in my pocket. And with the OneNote app I can capture notes, links, pictures, even audio recordings, and immediately have them available on my computer as well. It’s super slick and a huge time saver when capturing, or finding, notes.
Here’s a little video overview.
I don’t talk about sharing in this video; that will be covered in a future post…wait, I’ll just make a note of that in OneNote…DONE!
Please let me know how you use OneNote, or similar tools, to make life/work easier.
