Reporting project status is important to the success of your project. Doing it efficiently makes your life easier. And using a format that makes it easy for your project executive to understand and act, is critically important.

This format, which varies slightly from project to project, is one I was given years ago and use all the time. It has evolved over the years. I talk about how I use it in this presentation.
